About Dr. Mehar Un NIsa

A highly devoted and hardworking individual, who has recently completed the Government Service successfully. A teacher with almost 25 years teaching experience who strongly believes in an innovative and stimulating learning environment for medical students. She has initiated the concept of learning Physiology through Models, 3-D charts and role-plays at AIMC and the “PHYSART EXHIBITION” is now a regular feature there, awarding the winners with certificates and shields for their achievements. It was highly appreciated by the Principal and students. A very popular teacher, committed to staying current with the latest concepts and theories in the dynamic subject of Medical Physiology which is so rightly known as the “Queen of Medicine” My Eventual career goal is to explore more in this field and integrate the basic science with the clinical scenarios for the better understanding of medical students.

M.Phil. Thesis on “The Effects of Obesity on Left Ventricular Structure and Performance” Nine (9) other research publications in various PMDC-recognized journals.

Book: Experimental Physiology Manual for first year MBBS, BDS and DPT students.
