About Dr. Arooj

She is an Assistant Professor of Pathology at Central Park Medical College Lahore, Pakistan. Throughout her MBBS she earned numerous distinctions and ultimately emerged as the best graduate of her college. She chose to pursue her career in Pathology and post graduated in Microbiology. She stood out by being honored with a gold medal for her outstanding performance. For the past 8 years, she has been involved in undergraduate medical education. She recently completed Certification in Health Professions Education. Her field of interest is antimicrobial resistance. She is a hardworking, dedicated and committed individual in her work. She has number of research publications and attended many Pathology workshops and conferences. She is a member of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Disease Society of Pakistan and International Microbiology Society.
