About Dr. Athar

He is Assistant Professor in physiology department of Central Park Medical College Lahore, Pakistan. He did MBBS from Bahria University Medical & Dental College, Karachi. He pursued his career in Physiology, completing his MPhil in physiology in 2019 and he is currently enrolled as PhD Physiology Scholar at University of Lahore since 2020. For the past 5 years, he has been involved in undergraduate medical teaching. He is particularly interested in teaching Renal, endocrine and special senses physiology. He has attended multiple national and international conferences, workshops, seminars and webinars and also presented an article in international lifestyle medicine conference and won 2nd prize. He has published three scientific research articles and currently working on finding the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia patients.
