Faculty Development Program

The functioning and success of any institution depend almost entirely on faculty members, on how well these individuals teach, the quality of the clinical services and healthcare they provide, and their contributions to scholarly activities. 

Faculty members of CPMC fulfill the mission and multiple roles of their institution, besides having skills in clinical practice and healthcare delivery, they have developed competence in those areas during their formal training through workshops and seminars. Faculty development programs at CPMC promote the success of both individual faculty members and the entire institution.
