About Ms.Sehar

Ms. Najam Sehar is heading the Human Resource Department at Central Park Medical College & Teaching Hospital. She did her MS SHRM from University of Management & Technology Lahore in 2018. She passed her B. Com (Hons) from Hailey College of Commerce, Punjab University on & I. Com from Punjab Group of Colleges on Merit Scholarship. She is confident and motivated HR Generalist having professional experience with practical understanding of HR functions in different organizations in Pakistan. She has overall 14 years’ relevant experience in Freight forwarding, Textile, Software House and Healthcare. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization’s human resource management. Her role is critical in aligning HR practices with the overall business strategy and ensuring that the institute attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
