About Prof. Fakhar

He completed his graduation from Allama Iqbal medical college in year 1996. Affiliated university was Punjab university Lahore. Postgraduation training was completed from children’s hospital Lahore. Passed FCPS Pediatrics examination in 2008. He has more than 10 publications to his credit. He is an examiner for UHS. In addition, a supervisor and examiner for post graduate training in the field of pediatrics for FCPS and MCPS. He has been head of the department for the last 13 years. He has remarkable contributions to developing undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs in his current institution. He is head of PGME making necessary changes in the curriculum as per the guidelines of CPSP. His special area of interest is ICU and pulmonology. His contributions in administrative areas are valuable to this medical college and hospital.
